Prevention is the best cure! Regular massage care will result in less time and expense than recovering from pain and injury from lack of consistent prevention.

Massage therapy does more than make you feel good, it can actually help your body achieve balance and health. Massage therapy offers a natural treatment approach which actually relieves musculoskeletal pain for many patients.

The benefits of massage therapy may include the increase of blood circulation, a localized reduction in swelling and the relaxation of muscles. Massage has been known to relieve muscle pain and spasms, increase a patient's range of motion, while also aiding in a patient's recovery. Some investigative studies have even indicated that a single session of massage may help boost your immune system!

Licensed Massage Therapist

Licensed Massage Therapist, Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork through NCBTMB, and licesned through the State of Michigan. I have been a Massage Therapist for 12 years. I absolutely love being a massage therapist! I love being able to work so closely with people, in a hands-on way, and help them feel better, heal, and recover. I graduated from the Institute for Massage Education in Kalamazoo with a 520 hour certificate, and continued my training in Florida, at the Tom Haney Technical Center, where I received a 750 hour Massage Therapy Certificate. Through my years in practice, I have worked in a variety of environments, including Physical Therapy clinics, spas, and chiropractic offices. I have gained a variety of skills from working in each environment and with different healthcare practitioners and providers, and am continually desiring more knowledge to fuel my lasting passion for this career.

Sarah Cole

licensed massage therapist

My name is Sarah.  I am happily married with 3 beautiful children.  I have been doing massage since 2005.  I was certified through Baker College of Jackson and I spent the first 5 years working in Chiropractic.  After that I ventured out into the spa and rehab settings and eventually on my own.

I have concluded that no matter where I am working, I absolutely love to help people who are in pain feel relief!  I love to see the results of a massage.  A massage should make you feel better as a whole, not just one part of your being.  A massage should rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul!  To be able to do that for someone in need brings great peace and joy to me as a massage therapist.  I believe God gave me this gift to do massage, and I use that gift to the best of my ability to help others and to honor him.
