Join Yogi Rhonda for a beginner's Adult Vinyasa Flow yoga class, which helps introduce you to the wonderful world of yoga. Class emphasis is placed on easy to do yoga postures (Asana), balance, breath awareness and relaxation. This class will build strength and stamina, while connecting you to your body and your breath. Please wear comfortable clothes you can easily move around in and feel free to bring a water bottle and yoga mat, though mats will be provided for those in need. $10 drop in, $48 6 class pass.
